     THE BRAIN TRAINING GOALS AND RESULTS

 

    All the above description is about to give a person the idea and some physiological facts, which can support the brain training activity. Based on the above it is possible now to make some summary, which can show the goals and the results of the brain training.

  1. The brain training gives a person a new approach to train all his body muscles and systems using the REFLEX ACTIONS, where the primary action potentials have been appeared in the body’s sensors and proprioceptors and not in the brain cortex. This situation gives a person the chance to make workouts without using the energy of his cortex. The workouts on the reflex base are much easier than the direct actions.
  2. Understanding the whole process of reflex arc it could be clear that the speed of any single reflex action is directly depended on:

 - proprioceptors work;

 - communication bonds between proprioceptors and the brain;

 - brain work on signals analyses, integrations with vestibular system, balance, equilibrium and others;

 - making program for muscles contraction and sending signals to them;

 - core muscles contraction;

 - main muscles contraction.

So for each individual sport and sportsman it would be easy to create and propose the individual exercise program, aiming at the increasing of athlete speed of reactions and actions.

The brain training in REFLEX ACTION could be one of the most effective methods to any rehabilitation process as the damaged bonds inside the brain could be activated by actions potentials which have appeared in the sensor system and as an energy strobe the action potentials will push and penetrate new bonds inside the brain or the CNS.
