BRAIN AND MEMORY TRAINING WITH REFLEX ACTION

                                EXERCISES

BRAIN TRAINING is the latest fitness buzzword. It is becoming very popular and fashioned. Many people are doing crosswords, calculating puzzles, and so on. “Sharpbrains.com” has evaluated brain training in cognitive development as fast growing revenue. I believe that the fitness and any sport training will accept BRAIN TRAINING as the priority to reach a higher level of good health and the higher sport results. The base of it is very simple: THE BRAIN IS THE MASTER in the muscle- brain interaction.

Understand that cognitive development of the brain including training the memory is very important but training the speed of the brain parts interactions responsible for proper motor body actions will drastically increase working ability of the brain. Physical exercises also train the brain parts interaction including MEMORY and I will attempt to show you that below.

To test memory of any person it is possible to put him in sound proof, light proof or motion proof room in full darkness. At the beginning it would be only some sounds or melodies. Then in one or two minutes it would be only some lights and after one or two minutes would be only some external physical disturbances to his body. Don’t you think that the person would not remember and describe the sounds or lights or physical disturbances? Sure, he will do it easily.

Based on neurophysiology all signals from human body receptors are the action potentials which run to the brain for analyzes, integration, interpretation and possible proper physical contractions. All these signals are very important data for environmental adaptation and vitally important for life survival in human evolution. If the evaluation of the signals would be incorrect it could be the end of life and this is why all of them are stored in the human memory to have a chance to make a statistically proven conclusion. It is known that THALAMUS of the brain is responsible for storage and address information as action potentials in the cortex of the brain. It means that the signals from our receptors including proprioceptors are stored in our memory by thalamus and if necessary they are taken from memory for proper use. If our brain has collected signals in the memory than human consciousness could have the possibility to make a conclusion what is vital for life adaptation and what is not. Without analyzes of these signals which are storage in the memory as a data about the environment this process cannot be done and a person could face a dead end in his destiny.                               When a person gets external physical disturbances like pushing, pulling and so on his proprioceptors send the signals which initiate the human brain to create proper body contraction called REFLEXES which are also very important for adaptation and survival. The reflexes are also the part of human brain evolution as the quicker reaction against the external environmental disturbances the more chances to survive in the hostel conditions. The memory of the signals initiated reflexes is playing the great role in the adaptation and survival. Many experiments with different animals have proved this point. Animals remember electric shock very quickly and try to avoid it. This is proof that the external disturbances signals are memorizes in the brain.

It is known that whatever a person is doing as physical action he prefers to do it in a very routine manner so called in automatic regime. A person used to do it based on many previous repetitions. It is comfortable for us. Our brain has established the necessary brain signal pathways and interactions and has remembered them. For an example shaving, tooth brushing, lash brushing or any sport action a person is doing in automatic regime with the preferred hand. If the preferred hand is unable to produce the job a person feels uncomfortable to do it with the other hand. Use of the other hand means that our brain would have to establish and follow new brain signal pathways in new brain parts interactions. The process of the new system (established by the brain for new muscles – brain interactions) needs more brain energy and is slower in comparison with the automatic one. By the way our brain uses energy as a self regulated alive system and it is forth to follow the rule to spend as low energy as possible for any physical action. That is why the brain is remembering all the signals from the sensory system and their pathways and to spend the minimum energy to fulfill the task. This is also the adaptation and survival principal for humans. An example of this is during the Stone Age humans started producing stone instruments which needs the precision of muscle-brain interaction. They would get more positive results if they would do it in automatic regime. The human brain has to remember all sensory signals and their pathways to establish the “automatic regime” for stone knife production which was very important for survivals. So since the Stone Age and even earlier our brain has been able to memorize the signals – action potentials from all human sensory system which are initiated reflexes and uses them in the brain development.

Based on the above it could be stated:

1.     All signals from the human body sensory system are MEMORIZED and used for establishing the low energy spending of the brain system communication to fulfill tasks for physical actions.

2.     The external disturbances to the human body create in the proprioceptors the signals – action potentials which initiate the body reflex reactions and can be used for establishing and training signal pathways and brain parts bonds including MEMORY.

3.     The special exercises in REFLEX ACTION are able to create thousands of action potentials per second which can train our brain and speed communications between parts of the brain including memory.

4.     All physical actions including sport actions can be trained by REFLEX ACTION exercises to create a low energy spending processes by memorizing the pathways of brain signals for the most advanced and better results in life health and sport achievements.

5.      The physical exercises in REFLEX ACTION are able to TRAIN HUMAN MEMORY as any cognitive action for brain training.

Based on the above could be stated that the REFLEX ACTION EXERCISES are very efficient tool to increase the brain ability including the memory simultaneously with revolution body muscles training.
