     TESTING

 

     Each person who has ever done some exercises can feel and notice the result of his workouts. He feels fatigue, sourness in muscles, they are swallowed and so on. All indication of the muscles work could be found in the muscles. But if you train the brain in the REFLEX ACTION, how you can find the proof that the brain and CNS work better after several weeks of special exercises. There are several ways to test the results.

     First of all there are a lot of diagnostic labs which can measure the nerve signals, their speeds, motor and sensory reflexes, speed of reaction against disturbances, functions and interactions of the different parts of the brain and so on. Beside that it could be possible to find the digital electronic devise for measuring the nerve speed signals or the speed of the muscle contraction. With such a device an athlete can really measure and get his fixed results before using the brain training and after two – three weeks of his workouts in reflex action.

     When a person visits a neuropathology doctor he is offered to pass a simple test, which can show how his brain interacts with his sensory system especially with proprioceptors. A doctor usually asks a patient to touch his nose tip by his finger tip with closed eyes. This test visually shows how a patient’s brain can read the sensors signals to navigate his finger to his nose. In slow movement mostly all healthy persons can easily touch nose pit by finger tip. Let’s call this test as “tip by tip”.

     The tip by tip test can be used for measuring a progress in the brain training. A person with a fully stretched arm and closed eyes should touch his nose with the frequency 10 times per 5 second. He is able to count how many times he failed in tip by tip touching during ten attempts. An average person can make 6-7 correct touching. A person who used the reflex action in the brain training can make 20-25 times nonstop correct touching. When a person has got a lot of experiences in brain training he would be able to complicate the task for the brain as to make tip by tip test during his continues exercises or with all circle rotating of the testing finger arm. The number of correct touching will give a person the proof of the brain work improvement.

      The beginner in the brain training will have a lot of difficulties in keeping the balance and equilibrium during the exercises if he would close his eyes. The number of correct exercises maid with closed eyes also will demonstrate the improvement of the brain work. He also can visually see or feel even with his fingers how fast his muscles trembling when the brain is trying hard to keep the balance and equilibrium of the body. It shows that the brain is working in discrete action and the trembling of the muscles is the brain reaction on the sensor signals from continuous disturbances.

     The person experienced in average muscle resistance training could also check influence of the brain training when he would use the reflex action exercises as the worming up before his regular average workout. He could get the feeling that he is doing his resistance exercises much quicker and easier than usually.

     It is possible to see improvement of the brain work after reflex action exercises in some kind of sport like shooting, darting, throwing to a ring and so on.

     The impressive improvement of the brain work after reflex action exercises athletes could feel during competitions, meets, games in skiing, tennis, golf, boxing, baseball, sacker, surfing, skates and others kind of sport in increasing speed of sport actions their accuracy and easiness. In some sport the sport actions could be measured like speed of baseball and tennis balls; the distance of golf ball; accuracy in tennis, volleyball, baseball servings and many others areas.
