     THE PRECISION OF SPORT ACTION

 

     In any sport action there are three main parameters speed, forth and precision. Now it is time to make an analysis of the precision essence. How the brain controls the precision? How the brain knows when some muscles should create their maximum contraction and when they should stop and relax. How the brain controls time of muscle contraction for precision action?  It could be more others questions about precision of sport actions. To know the answers it is necessary to clarify that the brain has only the exiting stimuli (action potentials) as the single instrument to make and control all processes and actions. It is also very important to know that the sensor system of the human body is mostly work as sources of the action potentials to characterize the sport actions.

     When an athlete makes a task to do sport action, he gets the excitation in the cortex, the action potentials communicate with proper parts of the brain for analysis integration and making program for muscles, balance and equilibrium. The cells of muscles start contracting and it goes up to the point when the brain will get the sensors signals which the brain correlate (compare) with the results of the sensors signals have been received from the previous successful sport actions taking from the memory of the brain. As far as many muscles have been involved in any sport action the brain has got the signals from each of them and needed to evaluate all and to control their program of further contracting simultaneously comparing them with memory results of sensor signals. Usually sport actions are very fast and brain should work in extreme conditions. The faster sport actions the more failure of them.

     The improvement of precision of sport actions lays in increasing the speed of interactions between the brain parts, involving in actions. This could be done by thousands repetitions in the DIRECT ACTION as a single process or continues workouts in the REFLEX ACTION as thousands processes per second.
